2-3 c cooked quinoa
- 1 c quinoa
- 2-3 c water
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions for Quinoa Recipe
- Fry the quinoa gentle in a saucepan at lowest heat.
- Stir consistently for 2-3 minutes and add the water.
- Bring to boil and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes until the water is gone. Remember to stir so it doesn’t burn.
- Add some olive oil and store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
