Who says you can’t have chocolate for breakfast? These mini muffins are grain free and freeze well. Make a batch (or two!) for quick post-workout snacks or for brunch with your paleo friends. Thanks to Ashley Beaver for the recipe.
Chocolate Protein Muffin Recipe
1 large banana, mashed
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 serving of chocolate PW1
1/4 c dairy free chocolate chips
1/4 tsp baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together.
- Grease a mini muffin pan.
- Fill each muffin cup to the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
